Our labs are equipped with state of the art instruments, such as Waters analytical HPLCs, preparative Varian large scale HPLC systems and LC-MS LCQ system. With these instruments and our vast experience in peptide synthesis, the quality of each peptide is individually verified and guaranteed to meet the most stringent standards. Furthermore, our strong internal QC abilities allow us to shorten turnaround times.
Our expertise in peptide synthesis is our biggest asset. At CPC Scientific, we have developed our own patent pending peptide technology platform that employs Fmoc chemistry. This platform allows us to make most custom peptides as well as high throughput screening peptides in SPPS. CPC has the capabilities of making peptides in both t-Boc and Fmoc chemistries as well as the ability to perform various peptide modifications, including side chain modifications. We also use solution phase synthesis to generate kilogram scale short sequences. Whereas some companies rely on synthesizing and purifying many small batches to obtain large quantities, our 70 liter SPPS synthesizer and large scale preparative purification system allow us to produce consistently high quality kilogram quantity materials with consistent properties in one batch. HPLC and MS are included in our standard QC testing procedures, but we are more than willing to perform other QC tests per our customer’s request.
